Millennium Trilogy - Hollywood Starts With The Dragon !!

The Millennium trilogy was written by the late Stieg Larsson and consists of  The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,   The girl who played with fire  and the last book of the series,  The Queen in the nest  of the Hornet. Sold over 40 million copies and was published in 44 countries. The first book in the series broke all sales records in most countries and has over 5 million copies sold in the United States and is also the best-selling e-book history.

If success were not enough, Hollywood is now comes with some heavy weights to make a movie about the first book in the series,  The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo  are based.

David Fincher will direct. His most recent success was in the direction of  The Curious Case of Benjamin Button , which gives him a Oscar nomination for best director in 2008. He is known for directing thrillers like dark Zodiac (2007) and Panic Room (2002). So much to do for this film.

Daniel Craig is as Mikael Blomkvist, a journalist. You should see the grain much more and the intensity of the function, the Swedish actor Michael Nyqvist submitted to the Swedish original film.

Robin Wright, as Berger, the editor of the Millennium Blomkvist and sometimes lover presented. In the original movie, it lacks the chemistry between the two players and almost as an unpleasant aspect of the plot have left could that looked. Hopefully Fincher directing more fire between the two players and add an emotional conflict between Berger and the main character, Lisbeth Salander.

After an extensive search was a virtually unknown actor twenties, Rooney Mara, selected as the heroine of the film. His latest project is the subject of a film by David Fincher called  social networking , a film about the history of Facebook. Although I think Daniel Craig would be an improvement over Michael Nyqvist, is not so easy for me to believe that exceed Naomi Rooney Mara Raptor Salander role, as in the original film. Raptor has a dark and mysterious role scarce credible. It is a particularly dark scene in the movie and felt Raptor has it with flying colors.

I read three books before the three Swedish films. My opinion is that Stieg Larsson was a master storyteller, unfortunately, our world too soon. I think the mind has a powerful imagination and Larsson could be advantage of writing in his. I imagined the world in his books were much more intense than the movies. It is no accident that his books record sales worldwide. In this case, I recommend that you see no one deceive the experience of reading the book with the first movie!
